At the core of the studio is Fuda Flow, the signature vinyasa style on which it was built, along with Fuda Sculpt, a high-energy, strength-focused class that has quickly become a client favorite. Fuda Sculpt blends yoga with weights and resistance bands to build strength, elevate the heart rate, and create a full-body workout that feels both challenging and empowering.

While most classes are heated, Dreaming Tree also offers non-heated Yin and a slower-paced warm flow, each designed with clear intention. Yin creates space to slow down, release, and reset through longer-held postures, while the warm flow focuses on controlled movement and breath to help students reconnect.

Accessibility is a key part of the studio. Warm Basics offers a supportive introduction to foundational poses and helps students build confidence, while intermediate-level classes provide opportunities to deepen strength, refine technique, and explore more advanced transitions in a supportive environment.
