Scott Allen
President & Founder
Scott Allen is a real estate developer and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in construction, development, property ownership, and operations throughout northwestern Pennsylvania.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Scott began his career in construction and development, building an approach to real estate grounded in quality, long-term planning, and accountability.
His experience spans the family's construction legacy, the development and operation of LifeServices Assisted Living communities, and the expansion of a residential and commercial real estate portfolio. Following the transition of the assisted living business in 2022, the family's focus on real estate investment and property stewardship continued through LifeServices Management Corporation, which introduced the Allen Property Company brand in 2026.
Today, Scott leads Allen Property Company's investment strategy, development planning, and operational direction. His approach emphasizes responsible ownership, reliable property management, and lasting value for residents, commercial tenants, and the Erie community.
Brittany Bizzarro
Vice President
Brittany Bizzarro leads leasing operations, tenant experience, and day-to-day residential management across the Allen Property Company portfolio. Known for her responsiveness, organization, and commitment to clear communication, she ensures tenants receive timely support, consistent maintenance, and a straightforward, reliable rental experience.
Before her leadership role at Allen Property Company, Brittany built experience in customer-facing, operational, and administrative positions across construction, home services, and multi-state corporate environments. Her background in account management, scheduling, project coordination, and service delivery supports her oversight of leasing, resident relationships, and day-to-day property operations.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from PennWest Edinboro. Her approach blends operational rigor with a people-first mindset — ensuring residents feel cared for rather than just managed.
