Allen Property Company Announces New Brand Identity Reflecting Expanded Real Estate Portfolio Across Erie, PA

LifeServices Management Company officially announced today that it has transitioned to Allen Property Company, a new brand identity that reflects the company’s continued growth across residential and commercial real estate throughout Erie, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities.

Led by longtime Erie real estate developer and operator Scott Allen, the company has expanded significantly over the years beyond its historical roots, building a portfolio that includes residential communities, commercial properties, and long-term real estate investments throughout the region.

The rebrand unifies those efforts under a single identity focused on property ownership, management, development, and long-term stewardship.

The company recently launched its new website, allenproperty.co, designed to better showcase its expanding portfolio and provide greater visibility into its residential and commercial offerings.
