Allen Property Company Announces Acquisition of Westwind Properties LLC

Allen Property Company announced today that Westwind Properties LLC officially closed, adding 103 residential apartments to the company’s growing real estate portfolio in Erie, Pennsylvania.

The acquisition represents a significant expansion for Allen Property Company as it continues investing in long-term residential property ownership and management throughout the region.

The acquisition follows the introduction of Allen Property Company's new brand identity in 2026. Formerly known as LifeServices Management Corporation, the business continues its long-standing commitment to property ownership and management while expanding its residential and commercial real estate portfolio throughout Erie and surrounding Pennsylvania communities.
