Allen Property Company and Erie Regional Chamber to Host Ribbon Cutting
Allen Property Company, formerly LifeServices Management Corporation, will host an official ribbon cutting ceremony in partnership with the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership to celebrate the company’s new brand identity and continued growth throughout Erie, Pennsylvania.
The event will be held on July 30, 2026 at Westwind Apartments, located at 5129 Old Zuck Road, Erie, PA 16506, and will include a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. followed by an open house-style reception from 4 to 6 p.m.
The event coincides with the company’s continued portfolio expansion, including a recent acquisition adding 103 residential units to the company’s growing footprint in the Erie market.
